The location is central. The hotel is set in a very very nice area with views of the sea. The a la carte restaurant is terrific at the indoor bar.

My stay was great for a quiet relaxed vacation. The rooms were airy and huge with separate bathroom. I had a minibar, satellite television and climate control. Hotel's location was marvellous and lovely, on the shore at night.

The room we had included TV with satellite channels, climate control and a personal safe.

Everything was terrific, first-class service, stunning location near the Isla Mall, the beach until 6 or 6:30, and the Veranda restaurant, Carlos on the beach/pool. The room was well-maintained and nicely updated and what's more - included a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets. And there was a particularly nice view over the sea. The pool was very clean and I had delicious drinks in the sports bar.

everything was simply good. the breakfast was inclusive for a light snack and had a wide array of food. i was given nicely updated and stocked room with toiletries, special decorations, the coffeemaker.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, has views of nightly sunsets and very romantic. A la carte restaurant is terrific at a good price.

The breakfast was great and for a light snack; the staff was approaching. Location: the hotel was just off the centre of Puerto Vallarta and a Starbucks.

Every time in Puerto Vallarta, I choose this place. The breakfast is delicious, the room is nicely updated and well-stocked on the top 3 floors.

Liked the place, had a fun stay for hte perfect vacation. I had brand-new and well-appointed room with kids at least 4 yrs old and amazing views, as example. The location was central, unbeatable easy to walk all the way down to the marina.

Ideal hotel with modern rooms and best staff. Extremely clean building and rooms with amazing views. Particularly good and absolutely perfect location to the marina or the old town, and 15 minute walk from an easygoing mall. And just next door to beautiful outdoor mall as well as a taxi.

The food was terrible and way over priced. They nickle and dimed us for everything even charged for water and coffee in the room. One beer at the bar cost more the a whole six pack at the store down the street. I would not stay here again.

I was a bit hesitant to book at first, but my stay at Fiesta Americana exceeded my expectations. The service was impeccable, and they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Even when I had an issue with my room, they quickly resolved it and made sure I was satisfied. I especially appreciated the friendly staff at the pool bar, they always made sure my drink was full. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend this resort to others.
